Shipping & Returns

Returns:
We require that you email us at returns@clinchmtnoutfitters.com for a return authorization.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
All warranty items will need to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or refund.
All return requests must be made within 7 days from the date received. Refunds are available as store credit.
Defective or Damaged product must be reported upon receipt.
Canceled orders may be subject to a Merchant's Fee of up to 5% of the total order.

Shipping:
Once you place your order with CMO, we will then send you an order confirmation informing you that we are in the process of completing your order. We will normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the order date. Any items that are out of stock or on backorder will be shipped upon arrival unless you notify us to cancel any backorders.
Standard shipping rates are as follows:

Up to $100    $10.00
$101-$250    $12.50
$251-$400    $14.50
$401-$500    $16.90
Over $500     $17.95

An additional shipping adjustment will be applied to specific items that are heavy or otherwise difficult to ship. Shipping charges will be calculated as part of the checkout process for most items.

Payments:
Clinch Mountain Outfitters accepts Credit & Debit Cards, Electronic Check, Personal Checks and Money Orders for purchases.
If paying with Credit or Debit cards a 1.75% fee will be added due to fees charged by Merchant Services/Paypal.
If paying by Electronic Check a $3.00 charge will be added to the transaction.
Personal Checks are accepted and we will ship your item within 5 days of receiving the payment to ensure the payment will clear our bank.
Money Orders are accepted and we will ship your item within 2 days after receipt of payment.
